Shipping policy
Delivery terms and conditions are as follows:
- For purchases of HK$400 or above, you can enjoy free delivery to a single delivery location. (There is no designated delivery period). Orders below HK$400 are required to pay HK$30 for shipping. (Hong Kong region only)
- We will send it via SF Express (can be sent to SF Self-pickup Station or SF Smart Locker), as well as to your company or home (the correct address must be filled in to avoid delays and re-shipping charges caused by no one to receive the goods)
- The goods will be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation. If you choose self-pickup, the customer will receive a SMS notification from SF Express after the shipment arrives.

Remark:
- Delivery service is limited to industrial, commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery service is not available in remote areas and outlying islands (such as Ma Wan, Airport, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Chek O) Pillar, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Ping Chau, South Lantau (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.)) and other areas
- If there is any lift failure during delivery and the building is not functioning properly/there is no elevator, customers need to go to the ground floor to pick up the goods.
- When No. 8 gale warning or black rainstorm warning is in effect, delivery service time may be delayed
- Since a third-party company is involved in transporting packages, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages; please ensure that the receipt information is complete and correct. If the customer's information is incorrect, the package cannot be delivered or is delayed; or the customer fails to successfully collect it. If the package has to be re-sent, we will not be responsible for the additional costs.
- The company reserves the right to refuse delivery of goods to any customer.
